This was our first experience with selling a home and there was added stress because we had already moved several hours away when we put it on the market. We connected with Jonathan after seeing his stellar reviews. We met in person while visiting Tallahassee, and his "vibe" was professional, while also quite relatable and friendly. He clearly knew his stuff, was confident in our home selling, and already had extensive knowledge about the market in our area. He won us over very quickly! He even helped us find an affordable lawn care company to maintain the grounds. The months following involved a few minor situations that he stepped up and handled quickly. Including a paint shelf that had collapsed in our garage in between showings. As I mentioned above, we no longer lived near the home so him handling the unexpected situations that came up was so helpful. Overall, our experience with Jonathan was just awesome. When we had an offer come through that fit, he was efficiently communicative with us, offered helpful guidance at the appropriate opportunities, and handled everything to our expectations and then some. The closing process was a total breeze - to our complete amazement. We had no idea that closing a house could be that simple and quick. Selling our Tallahassee home is obviously a relief. However, the freedom that it's provided our family has been such a blessing. Thank you Jonathan, for helping to take a significant weight off our shoulders and for helping us gain peace of mind. We just moved into our new home in Tallahassee 2 weeks ago, relocating from Chicago and let me tell you Jonathan was an amazing realtor. When we first came to Tallahassee to shop for homes Jonathan had a very organized and efficient tour set up for us that went flawlessly. He had a lot of very accurate advice about neighborhoods, the Tallahassee area in general, and the details of the local housing market. Jonathan always answers his phone or gets back to you immediately when you need to talk to him which is great. He's very friendly and personable and uses no high pressure sales tactics, he just tells you the facts. We had some issues with finalizing the purchase of our new home, first with getting financing and later with a bogus appraisal of the home which came in way below the asking price. Jonathan was able to use his connections in the local real estate community to expedite the loan approval AND to get a new appraisal which was more accurate. Throughout the whole stressful process Jonathan was a great friend and ally who provided much needed calm. Even after closing and moving in, he has stayed in contact and given recommendations for local restaurants, gym, shopping, all of which have been totally accurate. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because I cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough. If you are moving to Tallahassee you need to contact Jonathan Rigsby as your realtor, you will not be disappointed. This guy is amazing and I highly recommend without reservation!

 My wife and I worked with Jonathan to sell our house; and, then find and purchase a new home. Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He was professional and friendly. You can tell he's respected and has positive relationships with other realtors and industry professionals. Once we were underway, Jonathan was an advocate for us. Specifically, when purchasing, we ran into an obstacle involving a well and access. Jonathan took the initiative and worked with the seller, the seller's agent, and contractors to reach a solution that met our needs.
